MILES KIMBALL COMPANY RECEIVES NEW NORTH WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE AWARD
Miles Kimball Company was one of three winners of the first annual New North Workplace Excellence Award, sponsored by Right Management. Miles Kimball Company was recognized for their sustained, positive impacts made to the bottom-line through their employee wellness, safety and KIXS (Kimball’s Improvement in Excellence System) continuous improvement program.
The intent of the New North Workplace Excellence Award is three-fold:
- First, recognize the best Talent Management practices developed by organizations within the New North that have led to measured and sustained business outcomes;
- Second, encourage these organizations to share their initiatives with others in the region to support sustainable Talent Management practices for all organizations within the New North;
- And Third, contribute to the continued growth, reputation and economic strength of New North by supporting the sharing of best practices which will further New North’s mission of collaboration.
Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin and McCain Foods were also recognized as award winners. Runners up included Agnesian Healthcare, Alta Resources, and Foth.
The New North Workplace Excellence Award committee consisted of eleven judges, all from the New North region and selected for their expertise in applying successful workplace strategies.
